When will I get an answer?

We usually reply within 24 hours – often much faster on business days. You won't receive an automated templated response, but a genuine, personal reply from us.

Where is my order?

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with a DHL tracking link. This allows you to see where your parcel is at any time. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder — and then feel free to contact us.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Due to our appearance on Die Höhle der Löwen, demand is currently exceptionally high. Orders placed up to May 1st will be processed in order of receipt and shipped via DHL. Delivery will then take 1–3 business days after shipping. If your order takes significantly longer to arrive, please contact us – we will check on it immediately.

I would like to cancel or change my order.

Write to us as soon as possible—preferably immediately after placing your order. As long as the package has not yet been shipped, we can usually help. Once it's on its way, our 30-day return policy applies, which we will then inform you about.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days to test the knife. If you're not convinced, write to us here or by email. We'll send you a prepaid return label — you print it out, drop off the package at DHL, and we'll refund the full purchase price. No hassle, no questions asked.

I received a knife with a defect. What now?

We're sorry to hear that — and we'll take care of it immediately. Please send us a message with a brief description and, if possible, a photo. We'll find a quick solution — either a replacement or a refund. All ANIRIUS knives come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes. Just send us your order number and billing address — we'll create the invoice and send it to you by email.

I'd like to order the set as a gift - is there a way to include a personal message?

Currently, we do not offer individual greeting cards at checkout. If you'd like a personal touch, please briefly write to us after placing your order — we'll see what we can do for you.
